Hi sweet soul! Thank you for stopping by Meraki Designs — where every candle flickers with warmth, every sticker tells a story, and every gift is wrapped with care, kindness, and a touch of golden retriever magic (Oscar sends tail wags 🐾).
Before your happy mail begins its journey, here’s a quick peek at the not-so-boring stuff — simple, gentle, and made with love, just like everything we do 💌
📦 Shipping Magic
We ship all over India because joy should travel!
- Processing Time:1-2 working days (that’s when your goodies are being packed and prepped).
- Delivery Time: 2-5 days (we wish we had owls, but we rely on trusted courier friends).
Once your order leaves our studio, you’ll get a tracking link in your inbox. Just give it a day to wake up and start showing updates.
🐾 In Case Your Parcel Comes Back to Us…
Sometimes deliveries don’t go as planned — maybe the address had a typo or the courier couldn’t find you.
If your order returns to us (called RTO), here’s what we’ll do:
- Want us to send it again? Yay! Just cover the reshipping fee and we’ll send it back out with extra hugs.
- Prefer a refund instead? We’ll process it after deducting the original shipping cost, once your order comes back safe and sound.
💔 Returns & Exchanges
Since everything at Meraki is handmade and often custom-created, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item
If that ever happens (oh no!), just email us within 48 hours at merakidesigns.love@gmail.com with:
- Your order ID
- Clear pictures of the item and packaging
We’ll make it right — pinky promise 💫
⏳ Can I Cancel My Order?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, yes!
Just email us ASAP and we’ll check.
Once it’s shipped and on the way to you, we can’t cancel it — because it’s already on its magical journey 💌
🎨 Handmade = Heartmade
Please remember: no two Meraki pieces are ever exactly the same. Tiny variations in color, size, or finish are completely normal and part of what makes handmade so special 🌈

Oscar, our golden retriever and Chief Joy Officer, inspects every order with his wagging tail and soulful eyes. So yes — your parcel is packed with extra love and floof.
