Welcome to Meraki Designs (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”)! By visiting our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. We promise to keep things friendly — but still need a few rules to make sure everything runs smoothly, for both you and us 💛

When you visit www.merakidesigns.in (or any related domain), you’re agreeing to:

  • Not use our content or images without permission
  • Not attempt to hack, duplicate, or misuse the website in any way
  • Be honest with your information during checkout (we pinky promise to keep it safe)

We may update, pause, or change parts of our site — including prices or product availability — without notice.

Every product listed is handmade, small-batch, and often custom — so:

  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email
  • If anything is out of stock or we face an unexpected hiccup, we’ll inform you ASAP
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if it looks suspicious or incomplete

 

 

📦 3. Shipping

 

We ship across India! Full details on shipping, delivery timeframes, and RTO policies are listed in our Store Policy.

Once your package is with the courier, we’ll send you tracking info. While we do our best, Meraki Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping partner.

 

 

 

💔 4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We do our best to describe and photograph each product accurately. However, as everything is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur — and that’s what makes your piece one-of-a-kind ✨

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be handled respectfully and, if needed, in accordance with legal procedure in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
